In January and February, Professor Zhao Houlin, the Secretary-General of ITU, outstanding alumnus of our university, Dean Emeritus of College of Telecommunications and Information Engineering, met with leaders of Luxembourg, Barbados, Jamaica, Saudi Arabia and other countries respectively.
